Girls look for your facebook page, they try and do name searches to see if you are who you say you are. They do not ask for you to enter a credit card into a verification site to proof your age. This web site attempts to trick gullible lonely guys into giving up their credit card info. Don’t be fooled, no real girl is contacting you it’s all a scam. Guys, don’t fall for this trap! The site is completely bogus and is designed to illicit a payment from you. Any lady on CL who asks you to visit and/or sign up on another site is just trying to get money out of you. Don’t fall for it! The real women on CL won’t ever ask you to go somewhere else (except for their Facebook profile or similar). There is no Craigslist verification service. That is not a dating site, it’s just a scam used to sign you up for sites and the scammer gets paid for each person he signs up. Anytime a site asks to use your credit card to verify your identity, it’s a scam like this one. Don’t waste your time chasing this girl, she is not a real person. These scam emails are emailed to thousands of Craigslist surfers to try and get them into joining scam sites. Even though a site is claiming to be a secure site, it still means that what you read in the ad has nothing to do with reality. The girl who advertised is not real, she’s not on that site and it’s just a ploy to lure you in to signing up.
